Teaching

Broad Goal: I aspire for students to leave my class with a new lens on the world around them, and to feel supported in their educational journey.

My philosophy to education and primary goals as an educator include:

  1. To foster an environment that promotes inquiry, nourishes the development of analytical reasoning and critical analysis, and celebrates inclusivity and multicultural identity.
  2. To design coursework that infuses broadly applicable and transferable skills that students can develop and hone before they advance beyond my classroom.
