Broad Goal: I aspire for students to leave my class with a new lens on the world around them, and to feel supported in their educational journey.
My philosophy to education and primary goals as an educator include:
- To foster an environment that promotes inquiry, nourishes the development of analytical reasoning and critical analysis, and celebrates inclusivity and multicultural identity.
- To design coursework that infuses broadly applicable and transferable skills that students can develop and hone before they advance beyond my classroom.
